RESOLUTION NO. 81-46
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE AN
AMENDMENT TO THE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND THE SANTA
ANA CITY EMPLOYEES CREDIT UNION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
The Chairman of the Agency is hereby authorized to
execute that certain agreement entitled "First Amendment to
Disposition and Development Agreement" between the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana and Santa Ana
City Employees Credit Union, form dated 6/2/81, a copy of
which is on file in the office of the Executive Director of
the Agency.
