RESOLUTION NO. 81-32

A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A MANAGEMENT
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND SYSTEM
PARKING, INC., FOR THE SANTA ANA PARK-
AND-RIDE STRUCTURE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
That the Chairman of the Agency is hereby
authorized to execute, on behalf of the Agency, that certain
"Management Agreement," form dated 12/9/80, on file in the
office of the Executive Director of Agency, pertaining to
the management and operation of the "Park-and-Ride" parking
structure located on the northwest corner of Fifth Street
and Broadway in the City of Santa Ana.
