RESOLUTION NO. 81-28
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A TERMINATION OF
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND ALL COAST
TRADING COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Chairman of the Agency is authorized to
execute on behalf of the Agency that certain "Termination of
Agreement," form dated 4/6/81, on file in the office of the
Executive Director of the Agency, between the Agency and All
Coast Trading Company.
2. The said "Termination of Agreement" shall be
executed by All Coast Trading Company prior to its execution
by the Chairman.
