A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
APPROVING A FIFTH AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CI TY OF SANTA ANA AND KEYSER MARSTON
ASSOCIATES, INC., FOR ECONOMIC SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
That the Chairman of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to
execute, on behalf of said Agency, that certain "Fifth
Amendment to Agreement Between the Communi ty Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana and Keyser Marston
Associates, Inc.," form dated 4/6/81, on file in the office
of the Executive Director of said Agency.
