RESOLUTION NO. 81-16
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE
AN EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE AGENCY AND DAVID P. DELANCY AND
WILLIAM E. BLUROCK
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
1. The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to
execute on behalf of the Agency that certain agreement
entitled "Exclusive Negotiation Agreement," form date
2/6/81, between the Agency and David P. DeLancy and William
E. Blurock, copies of which are on file in the office of the
Executive Director of the Agency and to which reference is
hereby made for full particulars.
2. Said authorization is subject to the
condition that David P. DeLancy and William P. Blurock first
tender payment of the consideration specified in said
Agreement.
