RESOLUTION NO. 81-8

A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A GRANT OF EASEMENT
TO VELMA L. FREEMAN AND HOLLIS WILCOX
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
The Chairman of the Agency is hereby authorized to
execute that certain "Grant of Easement," form dated 2/3/81,
between the Agency as grantor and Velma L. Freeman and
Hollis wilcox as grantees, copies of which are on file in
the office of the Executive Director of the Agency and to
which reference is hereby made for full particulars.
