Approve a loan agreement with Fountainhead Partners, loP., for the acquisition and rehabilitation of the property located at 939 E. Seventeenth Street in an amount not to exceed $950,000. 2. Direct the City Attorney to prepare, and authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute, loan agreements and all other required documents as necessary.
