PUBLIC HEARINGS
A Public Hearing provides individuals the opportunity to be heard
regarding an intended action of the Community Redevelopment
Agency and the City Council. Persons wishing to speak regarding
Public Hearing matters should file a "Request to Speak" form with
the Recording Secretary.

CONDEMNATION OF SNOW PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1941-1961 E.
EDINGER AVENUE AND AP-EDINGER PROPERTY AT 2009 E.
EDINGER AVENUE
Legal Notices were mailed to property owners on October 17, 2003.
Motion: Adopt Resolution Nos. 2003-12 and 2003-13 authorizing the
condemnation of real property located at 1941-1961 E. Edinger
Avenue and 2009 E. Edinger Avenue, and declaring the public
necessity and interest therefore.
