HISTORIC RESTORATION, SINGLE-FAMILY MODERATE AND SUBSTANTIAL REHABILITATION, AND REHABILITATION REBATE PROGRAMS CRA AGENDA 3 DECEMBER 1, 2003 . . . Recommended actions approved by the Community Redevelopment and Housing Commission by a vote of 5:0 (Rodriguez and Sarmiento absent) at its Regular Meeting of November 18, 2003. CITY COUNCIL ACTION Motion: Approve revisions to the Historic Properties Restoration Loan Program, the Single-Family Moderate and Substantial Rehabilitation Loan Programs, and the Rehabilitation Rebate Program. COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACTION Motions: 1. Approve revisions to the Single-Family Moderate and Substantial Rehabilitation Loan Programs, and the Rehabilitation Rebate Program. 2. Adopt the Historic Properties Restoration Loan Program and allocate $150,000 for program funding. 3. Allocate $200,000 for program funding for the Rehabilitation Rebate Program. PILOT WHITE PICKET FENCE REBATE PROGRAM Recommended action approved as amended by the Community Redevelopment and Housing Commission by a vote of 4:3 (Macres, Turner-Lloveras, Rodriguez voted no) at its Regular Meeting of November 18, 2003.
