Persons wishing to speak regarding Consent Calendar matters should file a "Request to Speak" form with the Recording Secretary. AUTHORIZATION OF MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING REVENUE REFUNDING BONDS AND LOAN AGREEMENTS WITH WAKEHAM- GRANT, LP CRAAGENDA 3 JANUARY 5, 2004 . . . HOUSING AUTHORITY ACTION Motion: Adopt a resolution authorizing issuance of multi-family housing revenue refunding bonds in an aggregate amount not to exceed $6,000,000 for the Wakeham-Grant Apartments, a California Limited Partnership, and authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to execute all documents as necessary. CITY COUNCIL ACTION Motions: 1. Approve an agreement with Wakeham-Grant Apartments, a California Limited Partnership, to provide loans in the amount not to exceed $1,900,000. 2. Direct the City Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Executive Director of the Community Development Agency to execute agreements and all other required documents as necessary. COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACTION Motions: 1. Approve an agreement with Wakeham-Grant Apartments, a California Limited Partnership, to provide loans in the amount not to exeed $1,000,000. 2. Direct the City Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Executive Director of the Community Development Agency to execute agreements and all other required documents as necessary. COMMENTS 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS AT THIS TIME the members of the public may address the Community Redevelopment Agency board members regarding any non-agenda items within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Agency.
