AMENDMENT NO. 2004-01, TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 2004-01

DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND RELATED
ACTIONS FOR THE SANTIAGO STREET LOFTS DEVELOPMENT
Legal Notice was published in the Oranae County Reporter on April 5,
2004 and April 12, 2004.
CITY COUNCIL ACTION
Motions: 1. Approve and adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration and
Mitigation Monitoring Program, Environmental Review No. 2003-
182.
2. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2004-03
as conditioned.
3. Adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No.
2004-01.
4. Adopt a resolution approving Site Plan Review No. 2004-01.
5. Adopt a resolution approving Tentative Tract Map No. 2004-01
(County Map No. 16558) as conditioned.

6. Adopt a resolution making certain findings with respect to the
consideration to be received by the Community Redevelopment
Agency pursuant to a Disposition and Development Agreement
between the Agency and Santa Ana Transit Village, LLC for the
sale of certain property in the InterCity Redevelopment Project
Area, and approving the sale of said real property upon the terms
and conditions contained in that agreement.
7. Approve transfer of property from the City of Santa Ana to the
Community Redevelopment Agency for $1,620,000.

Motions: 1. Adopt Resolution No. CRA 2004-06 approving a Private
Disposition and Development Agreement between the Community
Redevelopment Agency and Santa Ana Transit Village, LLC.
2. Approve acceptance of property from the City of Santa Ana.
