FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
BETWEEN COUNTY OF ORANGE
AND

THI'S 1mBT AMENDMENT is entered into this 1st day ofNovero.bet 2004, which date is
enumerated for purposes of reference only, by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision 0
the State of California, hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY" and tl1eCity'OtSantlt,.Attii, hereinafter
referred to as "CONTRACTOR", to amend the certain Agreement between the parties commencing

WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the parties desire to revise the budget contained in the Agreement to show an

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

ParallIllph 18, subparagraph (a) under "PA YMBNTS BY COUNTY", on page 10, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
(a) Monthlv Payments.
Begirming November I. 2004, upon receipt and written approval by COUNTY'S Housing and
Community Services Department Director or her designee, hereinafter referred to as "DIRECTOR",
