NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: 1. ParallIllph 18, subparagraph (a) under "PA YMBNTS BY COUNTY", on page 10, is hereby amended to read as follows: (a) Monthlv Payments. Begirming November I. 2004, upon receipt and written approval by COUNTY'S Housing and Community Services Department Director or her designee, hereinafter referred to as "DIRECTOR", County of Orange HCS/SPD Amendment to the Agreement CONTRACT NO.
