The meeting was called to order by Nancy Byron Dean, Assistant Clerk of
the Council, in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza.
There was no response to the roll called, and the meeting was adjourned
at 2:01 p.m. for lack of a quorum to Monday, March 14, 1983, 1:00 p.m.,
City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza.
