OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA Ak%, CALIFORNIA
September 13, 1983
The meeting was called to order at 5:32 p.m., by Mayor R. W. Luxembourger,
in Room 831, City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza. Councilmembers present
were Gordon Bricken, Daniel E. Griset, P. Lee Johnson, Patricia A.
McGuigan, and Mayor Luxembourger. Also present were City Attorney Edward
J. Cooper and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy. Councilmembers Dan
Young and John Acosta joined the meeting at 5:35 p.m., and 5:43 p.m.,
respectively.
At 5:35 p.m., the Council recessed to Executive Session for personnel
purposes, and reconvened at 1~:~2 p.m., with all members present.
SELECTION OF RECRUITMENT FIRM FCR CITY MAk~GER
MOTION:
Select Paul A. Reaume, Associates (PARA, Inc.) to recruit
City Manager for Santa Ana, and instruct City Attorney to
prepare agreement for said recruitment services.
