The meeting was called to order at 1:15 p.m. by Janice C. Guy, Clerk of
the Council, in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. There
was no response to the roll called, and the meeting was adjourned for lack
of a quorum to October 1~, 1983 at 1:00 p.m., Council Chambers Room 147,
22 Civic Center Plaza.
