The meeting was informally convened at 8:15 a.m., in Room 831, City Hall,
2~ Civic Center Plaza. Councilmembers present were John Acosta, Gordon
Bricken, Daniel E. Griset, P. Lee Johnson, Patricia A. McGuigan, Dan
Young, and Mayor Luxembourger. Also presentwere Clerk of the Council
Janice C. Guy and Paul Reaume, of PARA, Inc., the City's Executive
Recruiter for the City Manager position.
The Council i~mediately recessed to Executive Session.
At 7:15 p.m., the Council recessed and reconvened at 7:3~ p.m. at the home
of the Clerk of the Council, 1226 W. Sharon Road, still in Executive
Session, with all members present.
At 9:13 p.m., the meeting was adjourned to 8:30 a.m., Rmom 831, City Hall,
2~ Civic Center Plaza.
