RESOLUTION NO. 89-05 OF THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA HONORING THE SERVICE OF
ROBERT BALEN
WHEREAS, Robert Balen has displayed deep dedication to the economic
development and revitalization of the City of Santa Ana; and
WHEREAS, Robert Balen has served on the Community Redevelopment
Commission since June 15, 1987.
WHEREAS, Robert Balen has been instrumental in the formulation and
implementation of a successful redevelopment strategy for the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Commission of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
The Community Redevelopment Commission honors the service and
accomplishments of Robert Balen and expresses its deepest thanks for his
contributions to the community.
ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 1989, by the following vote:
