RESOLUTION NO. 2002-04
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO APPROVE RELOCATION
PAYMENTS
WHEREAS, the acquisition of property for public use by the
Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana frequently
obligates the Agency to make payments to persons displaced from
such property as reimbursement for relocation expenses in
accordance with State or, when applicable, federal laws and
regulations; and
WHEREAS, in order to promote the expeditious

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the Executive Director of the
Community Redevelopment Agency is authorized to determine the
appropriate amount of relocation payments due to any person or
entity pursuant to applicable state or federal laws and
regulations because of Agency acquisition of property for public
use and to approve payment of the same.
