Motion: Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the
Executive Director to execute the First Implementation Agreement to
Disposition and Development Agreement for the Crevier Motors, Inc.
expansion.
Councilmember Christy declared a conflict of interest on Item 4 due
to her employment with Citibank and as a registered representative
of Citicorp Investment Services; she abstained from voting on this
item
