3.A. FIVE YEAR IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
Legal Notice was published in the Orange County Register, the La Opinion,
and the Nguoi Viet on April 1 , 8, 15, and 22, 2005.
Recommended action approved by the Community Redevelopment and
Housing Commission by a vote of 3:1 (Turner, opposed; Betancourt,
Robles, and Rodriguez absent) at its Special Meeting on April 28, 2005.

Written communication - None
Eileen McCarthy from the Public Law Center emphasized the need for low
and very low income housing and encouraged the Council to leverage funds
that makes the most economic sense; public hearing closed.
Motion: Approve the Implementation Plan for the merged redevelopment
project areas covering fiscal years 2005-2006 through 2009-2010.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MERGED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN
TO EXTEND CERTAIN TIME LIMITS
Legal Notice was published in the Oranae Countv Reaister on April 22,
2005 and notices were mailed to the affected taxing entities on April 15,
2005.
Recommended actions approved by the Community Redevelopment and
Housing Commission by a vote of 5:0 (Betancourt and Robles absent) at its
Regular Meeting of April 19, 2005.

CRA RESOLUTION 2005-002 - A resolution of the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana finding that the Agency
must borrow housing set aside funds in order to make the 2004-2005
payment to the educational revenue augmentation fund
