4. FOURTH IMPLEMENTATION AGREEMENT TO THE OWNER
PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH ORANGE COUNTY HIGH
SCHOOL OF THE ARTS

Cornmunity Redevelopment Aqency Action:
Motion: Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare, and authorize the
Chairman and Executive Director to execute, a Fourth Implementation
Agreement to the Owner Participation Agreement between the
Community Redevelopment Agency and the Orange County High
School of the Arts Foundation in the amount of $300,000.
City Council Action:
Motion: Approve an appropriation adjustment recogmzmg a $260,000 loan
from the General Fund to the Central City Redevelopment Project
Area and appropriating same to the Central City obligations account.
