OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
April 11, 1985
The meeting was called to order at 12:30 p.m. in Roc~ 831, City Hall,
20 Civic Center Plaza, by Mayor Daniel E. Griset. Councilm~nbers present
were John Acosta, Wilson B. Hart, P. Lee Johnson, R. W. Luxembourger,
Patricia A. McGuigan, Dan Young and Mayor Griset. Also present were City
Manager Robert C. Bobb, City Attorney ~k]ward J. Cooper, Assistant Clerk of
the Council William D. Baron, and m~rs of the press and City's
Managament staff.
EXECUTIVE SESSION - ADJOURNMENT
The City Attorney requested that the Council recess to Executive Session
pursuant to Goverr~ent Code Sections 54946.9 (B) (1) - (significant
exposure) and 54956.9(C) - (decision to initiate litigation).
The Council recessed to Executive Session at 12:31 p.m. At 1:42 p.m.,
Councilm~foers Acosta and Young left Executive Session.
No action was taken out of Executive Session.
At 2:07 p.m., the Council reconvened and ir~nediately adjourned.
