Hunter and Betty A. Hunter, Trustees of the Creighton D. Hunter and Betty A. Hunter Family Trust and Fred Orgeron and Brenda Orgeron, Trustees of the Orgeron Family Trust (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "Selle~'), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter City and municipal corporation dully organized under the Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "Buye~'), concerning the real property ("Property") described as: Lot 21, 23 and 25 in Block A of Bessonett Tract, as shown on a map recorded in Book 24, Page 73 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California. For good and valuable consideration, Seller has agreed to sell and Buyer has agreed to buy, the Property upon the terms and conditions set for in the Contract, which terms and conditions are incorporated in this Memorandum by reference. Except as provided in the Contract from the date hereof, Seller shall not have the right, with respect to the Property to enter into any new contracts, leases or agreements, oral or written, without the prior written consent of Buyer. This Memorandum is not a complete summary of the Contract. Provisions of this Memorandum shall not be used in interpreting the Contract. In the event of conflict between this Memorandum and the Contract, the Contract shall control.
