WITNESSETH Recitals: A. City and Consultant entered into a Consultant Agreement, dated February 2, 2001, by which Consultant agreed to provide real estate consulting services (the "Agreement"). B. Pursuant to the Agreement, the time for completion of the services was April 30, 2002. The parties now desire to extend the time for completion to June 30, 2003. Additionally, in order to provide for continuous, uninterrupted service to City, this Amendment shall include all services rendered from May 1,2002 to June 30, 2003. WHEREFORE, in consideration of their mutual and respective promises, and subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereby agree as follows: I. Section 3 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows: "This Agreement shall commence on February 2, 2001 and terminate on June 30, 2003, unless terminated earlier in accordance with section 12, below.
