OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
NOVEMBER 3, 1986
At 2:20 p.m., the Clerk of the Council called the meeting to order in
Room 423, City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza. Councilmembers John Acosta,
R. W. Luxembourger and Patricia A. McGuigan responded to the call of the
roll by the Clerk. Since insufficient Councilmembers were present to
constitute a quorum, the Clerk of the Council adjourned the meeting.
