CLOSED SESSION CALENDAR
The Brown Act permits the Agency Board to discuss certain matters without
members of the public present, provided the items to be discussed are posted 72
hours prior to the Agency Board meeting. The following items were received for
the Tuesday, September 6,2005 Closed Session.
Councilmember Christy declared a conflict of interest due to her employment
with Citibank and as a registered representative of Citicorp Investment Services;
she abstained and left the room
