AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS FOR 902 BROWN STREET Recommended action approved by the Community Redevelopment and Housing Commission at its Regular Meeting on October 4, 2005, by a 4:0 vote (Betancourt absent) Motion: Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the Executive Director to execute an agreement for the acquisition of CRA MINUTES 2 OCTOBER 17, 2005 real property and escrow instructions acquiring the real property located at 902 Brown Street, Santa Ana, and identified as Assessor Parcel Number 398-315-01, from Socorro Esparza for the amount of $420,000 plus normal escrow and closing costs. 5. AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS FOR 710 EAST SIXTH STREET Recommended action approved by the Community Redevelopment and Housing Commission at its Regular Meeting on October 4, 2005, by a 4:0 vote (Betancourt absent) Motion: Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the Executive Director to execute an agreement for the acquisition of real property and escrow instructions acquiring the real property located at 710 E. Sixth Street, Santa Ana, and identified as Assessor Parcel Number 398-334-03, from Julio and Olga Orozco for the amount of $610,000 plus normal escrow and closing costs. 6. AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS FOR 801 BROWN STREET Motion: Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the Executive Director to execute an agreement for the acquisition of real property and escrow instructions acquiring the real property located at 801 Brown Street, Santa Ana, and identified as Assessor Parcel Number 398-312-09, from Alta Mae Dunn, Trustee of the Dunn Revocable Trust dated October 20, 1987, for the amount of $430,000 plus normal escrow and closing costs. *** END OF CONSENT CALENDAR *** COMMENTS 7.
