OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
MAY 19, 1987
The meeting was called to order at 5:48 p.m. by Vice Mayor Patricia A.
McGuigan in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. Councilmembers
also present were John Acosta, Daniel E. Griset, Wilson B. Hart, Ron May,
and Miguel A. Pulido. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City
Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Assistant Clerk of the Council William D.
Baron.
Mayor Dan Young joined the meeting at 6:26 p.m.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
75.B. REPAIR AND DEMOLITION FUND ASSESSMENT REPORT - FY 1986-87
The City Attorney reported to Council on his review of the cases of those
individuals who spoke in opposition to the Report at the Public Hearing
held on May 18, 1987.
MOTION: Adopt resolution.
RESOLUTION NO. 87-40 - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana Overruling Objections to and Confirming the Report of the
Manager of the Building Safety Department Pertaining to the Costs of
Securing and Demolition of Various Structures Declared to be Public
Nuisances: Making, Confirming and Levying Assessments for Such Costs:
and Ordering a Copy Thereof to be Filed with the County Recorder.
