RESOLUTION NO. 92- DOl-IDA
A RESOLUTION OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING
SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE NO. 1 TO INDENTURE OF
TRUST AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING CERTAIN
ACTIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That certain Supplemental Indenture No. 1 to Indenture of
Trust, dated as of January 1, 1992 (the "Supplemental Indenture"),
between the Industrial Development Authority of the city of Santa
Ana and First Interstate Bank of California, as trustee (the
"Trustee"), be and is hereby approved; and
2. The Chairman of the. Authority is authorized to execute
said Supplemental Indenture No. 1 and the Secretary of the
Authority is directed to attest said signature, to cause the
written consent of Security Pacific National Bank, as issuer of a
letter of credit securing the Authority's $6,500,000 1985
Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (Microsemi corporation
Project) to be obtained to the Supplemental Indenture and to file
a copy of the Supplemental Indenture and said written consent with
the Trustee.
