PER PROGRAM LICENSE & SERVICE AGREEMENT # 980603
THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 3"1 day of April, 2000, by and between the High Line Corporation and the
City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal ccrporation of the State of California (City), collectively referred to herein as "the
Parties",

A. The Parties entered into that ecrtain agreement entitled "Annual Service Agreement Per Program License & Service
Agreemcnt #98063" with effective date for third party software as June 25, 1998, hereinafter referred to as "said
Agreement", for the provision of annual service for various computer software;
B. TIle Parties hereto now desire to amend the "EFFECTIVE DATE FOR APPLICATION SOFTWARE MODULES" to
April I, 2000 of said Agreement.
C. Except as hereinabove mooified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and
effect.
