CLOSED SESSION CALENDAR
The Brown Act permits the Agency Board to discuss certain matters without
members of the public present, provided the items to be discussed are included in
the posted agenda. The following items were received for the January 17, 2006
Closed Session.
Agency Member Christy declared a conflict of interest due to her employment
with Citibank and as a registered representative of Citicorp Investment Services;
she abstained and left the room for this item
Agency Member Alvarez left the room at 5:45 p.m.
