The Brown Act permits the City Council to discuss certain matters without
members of the public present, provided the items to be discussed are posted 72
hours prior to the City Council meeting. The following items were received for
the January 3, 2006 Closed Session.
Agency Member Christy declared a conflict of interest due to her employment
with Citibank and as a registered representative of Citicorp Investment Services;
she abstained and left the room for this item
