Recitals: A. The City entered into Agreement A-2001-029, dated February 2,2001 with Pacific Relocation Consultants; and Agreement A-2003-040, dated March 3, 2003 with Cutler & Associates (hereinafter collectively "said Agreements") by which Consultant has provided real estate consulting services to the City. B. On August 13, 2003, Consultant purchased Pacific Relocation Consultants and Cutler & Associates and assumed the rights, liabilities and obligations of each of the companies under said Agreements. C. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreements, the parties wish to extend the term of said Agreements for an additional one-year term. Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreements, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: Pursuant to Section 3 of said Agreements, Consultant and City agree to extend the term of said Agreements one year, from April 1, 2005 through March 31, 2006.
