A-2004-263 CLEi\K C'OLiNi'iL OA TE '3 -/fr05 c: C))1l ce. ~/(-trlo)l) AMENDMENT TO CONSULT ANT AGREEMENT THIS AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT (A-2003-226) is entered into on December 20, 2004, by and between Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"). Recitals: A. The City entered into, SPEC # 2001-057, dated October 1,2001, with Consultant by which Consultant has provided security guard services at the Santa Ana Transportation Depot, Santa Ana Zoo at Prentice Park and Corporate Yard (hereinafter "said Agreement"). B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to renew said Agreement for an additional one-year period and to increase the compensation to provide services during the extended term. Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement and all Amendments thereof, except those amended in this Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: I. Section 2, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation by $278,000.00 to provide services for the Depot at Santa Ana, the Corporate Yard and the Santa Ana Zoo at Prentice Park, during the period from December 1, 2004 through November 30,2005. 2. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the term for an additional one-year period, through November 30, 2005. 3. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force and effect II II II II II II . . . .
