HomeMy WebLinkAboutHABITAT FOR HUMANITY 1A - 2002 ." ~ , / N-2002-159A \\-11-01./ bV AMENDED RIGHT OF ENTRY On November I, 2002, the City of Santa Ana, the Community Redevelopment Agency and Habitat for Humanity (collectively referenced herein as "the Parties") entered into an agreement entitled "Right of Entry" (N-2002-159) granting Habitat for Humanity the right to enter City/Agency owned property located at 1346 S. Bristol for certain described limited purposes. A copy of said Right of Entry is attached hereto and incorporated herein as "Exhibit A". The Parties now desire to expand the Purpose of the Right of Entry to include more extensive work as further described in the correspondence dated November 22, 2002, attached hereto and incorporated herein as "Exhibit B". Borchard Dear Lisa: As requested I am providing suggested language for the right of entry that will cover any work to be accomplished prior to the land transferring to Habitat for Humanity. Work items to include: · Grading of the site preparatory to the excavation of building footings. · Excavation of building footings · Installation of underground utility lines including but not limited to Electrical, Plumbing, TV cable, Telephone, Water, Gas, and Sewer. · Installation of Landscaping and Irrigation Systems. · Installation of six foot wood fences as depicted on the plans for plan check check #10136738. . The complete construction of a 1249 sq. ft. single family home with a 2 car detached garage as depicted in the plans for plan check # 10136738. .
