SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT
The Fire Department wishes to enter into an annual agreement for a
subscription to the Fire and Emergency Training Network (FETN).
FETN would provide daily broadcasts, via satellite downlink, on a
host of subjects, as well as Federal Emergency Management Agency
(FEMA) interactive video teleconferences.
FETN will install, at no charge, all equipment necessary to receive
the transmissions. The monthly fee for the service is $588.00.
Please find attached the agreement provided by FETN, and a
signature page for approvals as to form and content.
