Final Tract Ma No. 16905 for A roval
Pur t to Section 34-183 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, this memo provides
notice that the City Engineer has received Final Tract Map No. 16905 (City Tract Map
No. 2005-05), for 2800 N. Farmers Drive (Exhibit I), from the owner, Shea Homes
Limited Partnership, and is in the process of reviewing the map for final approval.
The Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 16905 was approved by the City Council on
November 7,2005. The City Engineer shall approve or disapprove this map within 10
days after the City Council meeting of April 3, 2006.
