RECOMMENDED ACTION
Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager and
the Clerk of the Council to execute an agreement with General Learning
Climates, Inc. to provide consulting services in an amount not to exceed
$15,000.
DISCUSSION
General Learning Climates, Inc. (GLC) has provided consulting services in
previous years to the Public Works Agency for organizational development.
At this time, staff recommends entering into a new agreement with GLC to
work with the agency in defining organizational issues and enhancing
internal communications.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Public Works Administration account for Other
Contractual Services (account no. 101-601-6291).
