Pursuant to Section 34-183 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, this memo provides
notice that the City Engineer has received Final Parcel Map No. 2002-248 (City
Parcel Map No. 2003-07), for 325 West Pine Street (Exhibit I), from the owner, The
Community Redevelopment Agency, and is in the process of reviewing the map for
final approval. The Tentative Parcel Map No. 2002-248 was approved by the City
Council on March 1, 2004. The City Engineer shall approve or disapprove this map
within 10 days after the City Council meeting of April 17, 2006.
