JOINT PUBLIC HEARING
AMENDMENT TO SOUTH HARBOR BOULEVARD REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
The Mayor opened the joint public hearing of the City Council and Redevelopment
Commission to consider and act upon the Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the
South Harbor Boulevard/Fairview Street Redevelopment Project at 5:42 p.m.
Presentation of staff report and staff comments by: Community Development Agency

The Clerk of the Council reported four communications in support of the proposed
Amendment to the South Harbor Boulevard/Fairview Street Redevelopment Project:
C. J. Segerstrom and Sons, dated June 16, 1992
Isadore C. Meyers Properties, Inc., dated June 15, 1992
Lyman Drake Antiques, dated June 15, 1992
Waxies, dated June 16, 1992
The following individuals expressed objections to the proposed Amendment to the
Redevelopment Project and provided written testimony where indicated:
