NEW COUNCIL ORIENTATION
Since a majority of the Council was not present, technically a Council meeting was not held.
However, an orientation session was conducted by the City Manager to acquaint the
incoming Councilmembers with City operations.
Presentations were made by the City Manager, the Clerk of the Council, and City Attorney
concerning their respective offices.
