RECESSED TO COMMUNITY RF~DEVELOPMFNT AGENCY - 5:40 P.M.
RECONVENED - 5:42 P.M. - With all Councilmembers present.
NEW COUNCIL ORIENTATION
Community Development Agency Executive Director Cindy Nelson introduced key members
of her staff, and provided an overview of the responsibilities and activities of her Agency.
Mayor Young requested that the Agency staff provide the Council with a "before-after" slide
show demonstrating the Facade Rebate Program.
6:25 P.M. - Mayor Young and Councilmember Griset left the meeting.
6:47 P.M. - Councilmember Norton left the meeting.
Ms. Nelson discussed her Agency's goals and objectives and responded to specific questions.
ADJOURNMENT - 8:00 P.M. - To 6:00p. m. on November 18, 1992 in the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza
