RECOMMENDED ACTION
Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager and
the Clerk of the Council to execute an agreement with the County of
Orange Social Services Agency to accept funding in the amount of $497,671
for a Community Services Program and a Work Experience Program to be
operated by the Santa Ana W/O/R/K Center.

employment. Both of these programs have been very successful and staff
recommends that they be continued.

FISCAL IMPACT
Funds for this agreement will be available upon approval of the 2006-07
City budget in the SSA Community Service Program account (account no.
124-325-various) and the SSA Work Experience Program account (account no.
124-326-various) .
