Seeing no Councilmembers present at 8:30 a.m. outside the Council Chambers, 22 Civic
Center Plaza, the Clerk of the Council adjourned the meeting of the City Council which had
been schedul~/~0r purposes of a tour to the City of Pasadena for lack of quorum.
