RECITALS: A. The parties entered into Agreement N-2006-053. dated July 6, 2006, (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided doeument translation services. B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to amend the Scope of Services and Compensation provisions of said Agreement to provide for additional services. WlIEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: I. Section I. SCOPE OF SERVICES. shall he deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: "Consultant shall translate the City's Notice of Election and Argument Guidelines. attached Berete to said Agreement as Exhibits A-I and A-2, respectively, amI Text of Measures,attached hercto as Exhibit 3. into Chinese, Korean. Spanish and Vietnamese. City may request additional services, in writing, which will be provided on the terms and conditions set forth herein." 2. Section 2.
