OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
NOVEMBER 4, 1996
At 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy
announced it was the time and place for the Regular Meeting of the Santa Ana City Council, the
Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana, and the Adjourned Regular
Meeting of the Santa Ana Community Redevelopment Agency.
Seeing only Councilmember Espinoza and no other Council, Authority, or Agency members present
in the Chambers, the Clerk declared the meeting of the City Council adjoumed due to lack of quorum,
and the meetings of the Housing Authority and Community Redevelopment Agency adjourned to
6:00 p.m. on November 18, 1996 in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza.
Following the announcement by the Clerk, Councilmember Moreno arrived in the Chambers.
However, since a quorum still was not constituted, at 6:10 p.m. the Clerk posted a Notice of
Adjournment of the City Council Meeting due to lack of quorum.
