CALL TO ORDER
Due to the lack of a quorum, an information-only meeting was held in the Police
Department, 4ch Floor Conference Room, 60 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana,
California.
ATTENDANCE
Councilmembers present: Carlos Bustamante; Alberta Christy (Absent), Claudia
Alvarez (Absent).
Staff present: City Manager Dave Ream, Assistant City Attorney Paula
Coleman, Police Chief Paul Walters, Fire Chief Phil Garcia, Police Captain Bruce
Carlson, Fire Marshal Lori Smith, Police Lieutenants Jeff Owens and David
Owens.
SUMMARY OF DISCUSSIONS
The meeting was continued until the November 14, 2005 Public Safety Meeting.
