EN and the Grantee hereby agree as follows: Modify the TERM OF AGREEMENT clause by extending the end date of the Agreement to October 31, 2007. Except as revised above, the Agreement .rhall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. The above change shall not be implemented by the Grantee if such change will increase the estimated cost of the work under the referenced Agreement.
