OCTOBER 18, 1999
At 5:30 p.m. in the Police Community Room, 60 Civic Center Plaza, the Executive
Assistant to the City Manager Lorraine Lazarine de McCarty adjourned the meeting to
the 4th Floor Conference Room in the Police Administration Facility where the Council
convened in Closed Session.
