OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
JULY 19, 1999
At 5:30 p.m. in the Police Community Room, 60 Civic Center Plaza, the Clerk of the
Council convened and adjourned the meeting to the Police Chief's Conference Room,
4th Floor, 60 Civic Center Plaza to begin upon the attainment of a quorum. The meeting
was called to order at 5:52 p.m. by Mayor Pulido and immediately recessed to Closed
Session.
